MoneyClip APY Cash Rewards Promotion Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES AND OBLIGATIONS. THESE INCLUDE VARIOUS DISCLAIMERS, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES.

The Promotion (as defined below) is offered by Money Clip Canada Inc. ("MoneyClip", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between you and MoneyClip with respect to your use of your participation in the Promotion.  You acknowledge that the agreement formed by these Terms are like any written agreement signed by you, and you agree to be bound by, and fully comply with, their terms.  You represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and (ii) you have all necessary right, power and authority to enter into these Terms and to perform and otherwise discharge all of your obligations hereunder.  ****

Use of our website and your MoneyClip wallet ("Wallet") are subject to separate terms and conditions.

1. The Promotion
   1. Subject to the terms and conditions set out in these Terms, get 7.44% APY when you maintain a daily balance of between $100 CAD to $3500 CAD in your Wallet until August 31, 2022 (the "Promotion").
   2. To participate in the Promotion, you must:
      1. be a Canadian resident;
      2. accept these Terms before August 31, 2022; and
      3. at all times during the Promotion:
2. have a Wallet and maintain it in good standing;
3. have and maintain a personal chequing and savings account at an eligible Canadian financial institution which can be linked to your Wallet; and
4. link your personal chequing and savings account to your Wallet during the Promotion.
5. To participate in the Promotion, you must also hold a minimum $100 CAD and maximum $3,500 CAD balance in your Wallet.
6. So long as you satisfy each of the conditions set out in Sections 1(ii) and (iii) while this Promotion is in effect, your Wallet will be credited 7.44% APY on the balance in your Wallet ("Credits") on a monthly basis.
7. Credit Calculation
8. On each day during the Promotion, your "Daily Balance" will be determined by: (i) adding the opening balance of your Wallet at 12:00:01 a.m. (Toronto time) and the closing balance of your Wallet at 23:59:59 (Toronto time); then (ii) dividing that sum by 2; provided however that for purposes of this determination of your Daily Balance, if at any applicable time your opening balance or closing balance exceeds $3,500 CAD, your opening balance or closing balance, as applicable, shall be deemed to be $3,500 CAD.
9. The “Daily Credit” will be calculated by multiplying your “Daily Balance” by 0.60% divided by the number of days in the month in which the calculation is being done.
10. The amount of Credits payable to you for any month during the Promotion will be the sum of each Daily Credit that accrues to you during that month.
11. Credits accrued during each month during the Promotion. We will endeavour to pay any accrued Credits directly into your MoneyClip wallet by the first day of the following month; but in any case, any such Credits owed to you will be paid directly into your MoneyClip wallet within the first thirty (30) days of the following month.
12. Credits for any given Wallet shall not exceed 7.44% APY.
13. No Daily Credits will accrue with respect to any day that you do not meet the requirement set out in Section 1(iii) above.
14. All Credits, and the calculation thereof, shall be determined solely by MoneyClip.
